House rules & FAQ
Simple rules that keep the villa calm for everyone, and answers to what guests ask us most.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00. Direct guests get a free late checkout when the next arrival allows it.
Quiet hours
From 22:00 to 08:00, out of respect for neighbours and other guests.
Saturday changeover in summer
In July and August, stays run Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights.
Smoking
No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke on the terraces.
Pets
Small, well-behaved pets on request. Please ask us before you book.
Pool
Open May to October, 08:00 to 21:00. No glass by the pool, and children must be supervised.
Parties
Villa Beluga is a quiet, family house. Parties and events are not possible.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. The nightly rate, final cleaning and tourist tax are all shown before you send a request. There are no booking fees.
How does payment work?
Sending a request is free. Once we confirm, you pay a 30% deposit by card or bank transfer. The rest is due 14 days before arrival.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel up to 30 days before arrival and we refund the full deposit.
Who pays tourist tax?
Tourist tax is €2 per adult per night. Teens aged 12–17 pay half (€1), and children under 12 don't pay it.
When is the villa open?
From May to October. The pool is heated at the start and end of the season.
Is parking included?
Yes, each apartment has its own free parking space on site.
Do you have a baby cot?
Yes, a cot and a high chair are available on request in Lavanda and Bura.
How far is the beach really?
150 metres, about two minutes on foot down the lane to the promenade.
